1. Information We Collect

The App does not ask users to provide a name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, or other direct identifying information.

The App does collect and store information that users create while using its features, including:

·       Journal entries and written reflections;

·       Answers to quizzes, assessments, prompts, and exercises;

·       Character selections, archetype results, choices, and preferences; and

·       App progress, saved activities, and related gameplay content.

This information is sent to and stored in a cloud database so that the App can save and restore the user's experience. It is associated with an automatically generated or anonymous app identifier rather than a name or email address. Although we do not intentionally collect direct identifiers, user-created text may contain personal information if a user chooses to enter it.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information collected through the App only to:

·       Save and display journals, quiz results, character information, and progress;

·       Personalize activities, story paths, reflections, and recommendations within the App;

·       Maintain the App's functionality, security, and reliability; and

·       Respond to privacy, security, or deletion requests when we can identify the relevant anonymous record.

We do not use App content for targeted advertising, sell user information, or use it to track users across apps or websites.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share user-created content for advertising or marketing. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers that host or maintain the cloud database on our behalf. Such providers may access information only as needed to provide their services, protect system security, or comply with law.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with a valid legal obligation, protect the security or integrity of the App, or prevent fraud, abuse, or harm.

4. Data Storage and Security

Journal entries, quiz responses, and progress data are transmitted from the user's device and stored in a cloud database. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect stored information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain cloud-stored information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, maintain its operation, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect security.

Users may request deletion of their stored App data by contacting us at naautismresourcecenter@gmail.com. Because the App does not collect names or email addresses, we may need the anonymous user or installation identifier associated with the App to locate the correct records. If the App displays such an identifier, please include it with the request. We will delete identifiable records connected to that identifier unless retention is required by law or necessary for security or fraud prevention.

Uninstalling the App removes locally stored App data from the device but may not automatically delete information already stored in the cloud database.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

7. User Choices

Users control what they enter into journals, prompts, and exercises. Users should avoid entering names, contact information, financial information, medical records, or other information they do not want stored in the cloud. Users may stop further collection by discontinuing use of the App and may request deletion as described above.

8. International Use

Information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our hosting infrastructure operates. By using the App, users understand that information may be transferred to and processed in a country with data-protection rules different from those in their place of residence.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its data practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated within the App when appropriate.
